Successful EIG week comes to an end.
October 9th, 2007After five days of intense networking the European I-Gaming Conference & Expo is over for the present Ongame Network team. And the event turned out to be quite the success for World’s most innovative online poker network.
The brand new stand in black and neon orange was met with approving stares. As was the new Ongame Network sales brochure which uses numbers to paint an easy-to-comprehend picture of the various elements within the Ongame Network operation.
The final of the Ongame Network poker event hosted in the Grande Casino De Barcelona and then inside the Ongame Network booth, drew quite the crowd as the tournament approached its climax which saw lonely Ongame Network representative Lisa Envall sweep up the win in front of such prominent people as Swedish poker personality of the year Dan Glimne and EIG speaker and widely respected Affiliate Manager Brandon Berndt of www.Chanpoker.com.
Together with existing and coming partners, Ongame Network is excited to use the EIG as a springboard for taking online poker networking to a whole new level. In addition to officially launching this very site at EIG, Ongame Network officials also revealed that the implementation of the new heat tournament functionality into the existing Grand Tournament format had gone off without a hitch and as a result the monthly tournament’s prize pool guarantee has been raised to $300,000!
Whispers in the hall also indicated that a prize pool raise of the other large Ongame Network wide tournament, the weekly Big Deal, is in the pipe.
But this is yet to be announced, so don’t take our word for it…

The next event on the horizon for Ongame Network will be the World Poker Congress in Malta where the network will be represented by a number of speakers. As for Expos, the massive International Casino Exhibition is scheduled for late January, and Ongame Network will of course be there - in even bigger and better style.
