HollywoodPoker Offer WSOPE Bubble Insurance
July 16th, 2008
HollywoodPoker.com is offering online poker players its HollywoodPoker Bubble Insurance coverage, giving the first five players who finish outside the money bubble at the World Series Of Poker Europe Main Event a seat at the 2009 event worth £10,000.
Online poker players are not required to qualify for the main event via HollywoodPoker to be eligible for coverage. Players need only earn 1000 player points at HollywoodPoker.com from the day of registration until August 31st.
HollywoodPoker spokesperson Vince Van Patten commented on the site’s WSOPE Bubble Insurance push, saying: "We’re poker players too and we know just how it feels to be out there on a limb where up means the money and down means absolutely nothing, we can’t decide for you but we hope you get covered."
HollywoodPoker is also providing players with plenty of chances to get to the WSOPE championships beginning in September, as well as up to $14 million in monthly prize pools.
The WSOP Europe returns for its second year in London, and is an extension of the world-renowned WSOP, which set its final table yesterday in Las Vegas. There are four tournaments taking place, with the famous gold bracelets up for grabs in each of them.
The schedule is as follows:
September 19th 2008 - Event #1 £1,500 No-Limit Hold’em Day (3 day event)
