Day 2 of the EIG Conference a letdown
October 4th, 2007Just reviewing the speaker’s section of the EIG, day 2 was a huge letdown. The interesting topics that were on the board weren’t really addressed, the panels consisted mostly of people with anything but diverging views and all-in-all one more or less had to wade through a ton of company sales pitches and instruction videos to hear anything remotely interesting or fresh.
I wonder how these speakers are picked and on what ground because many of them seem to have no intention of trying to make any kind of point, and one would think that’s what a speaker session is all about.
