Use this form if you have complaints, questions, suggestions, or any other feedback for us. Ongame Network is not a poker operator, so complaints and problems should be sent to the poker site as a first resort. Contact us if you don’t get a satisfactory answer or have general complaints.

Important notice: This is strictly a reporting service. We will read, register, and investigate all complaints. Based on those investigations we will then recommend a course of action to the poker site in question. The responsibility to act based on our recommendations and to keep a player notified of the ongoing process befalls entirely on the poker site. The responisbility of the Ongame Network Ombudsman is to ensure that the proper punitive measures are taken should any of our online poker partners fail to comply with these recommendations in a satisfactory way.
